Co Founder - Sydney Lopez is a vibrant force in the beauty industry, known for her bold fashion colors and dedication to helping hairstylists succeed on social media. Her career highlights include gracing Modern Salon Magazine’s cover, being twice named in the Modern Salon Top 100, winning the American Influencer Award for Emerging Hair Colorist, earning a spot in the TSPA Hall of Fame, and receiving 11 BTC OneShot nominations. She’s also been featured in SalonEvo, Beauty Launchpad, and multiple issues of Modern Salon. Sydney’s win on The Look Allstars TV Series further showcased her skills. With a passion for education, she has built a following of 221K on Instagram and 140K on TikTok, sharing expertise in creative color and social media. Inspired by her mother, Jean Barker, a stylist and salon owner, Sydney co-owns Headlines Hair Design in Denton, TX.

Co-Founder Pamela Joslyn has a rich background in the beauty industry, backed by years of executive experience with major beauty brands, including a decade as Vice President of Sales. Pamela brings her expertise to Unicorn Uprising with fearless determination, bringing others' creative visions to life by managing the business side so creators can stay focused on what they do best. Driven by a genuine passion for seeing others succeed, she provides the strategic support and insights that help creatives transform ideas into tangible achievements.

Pamela is the proud mom of two kids and lives in Dallas.
